Synopsis

Mallorca, spring of 1975. Pedro Perelló, a regular fisherman in the Punta de n’Amer castle area, finds a corpse floating in the water. Without being very clear about what should be done in these cases, he gets on his Mobylette and goes to the Son Servera Civil Guard barracks to report the tragic event. A couple of civil guards moves to the place where Pedro has spotted the dead man to try to discover his identity. Many questions begin to arise, because they don’t know who he is or what could have happened to him. Why is his vehicle on the other side of the bay?

Summary

Lieutenant Molina and Ensign Pérez, from the Central Criminal Investigation Brigade, will be in charge of solving this case, although it will not be easy. Once the autopsy has been carried out on the corpse and after confirming that the reason for death was suffocation by submersion in salt water, they conclude that it could be a case of murder. But… what enemies did the victim have? The two civil guards start a series of interrogations of people related to the victim, a prominent hotelier named Rafael Lliteras. Will they be able to solve a case to which the moon has been the only witness?
